B i o g r a p h y

Milos was born in 1989. in Majdanpek. He started playing violin at age of eight and continued with viola lessons with professor Jovan Stojanovic in „Vojislav Vuckovic“ music school in Belgrade.

2008 continues his studies on Faculty of Music in Belgrade with professor Ljuba Milanovic.

 

As a soloist and in chamber ensemble, he performed in Yugoslav Drama Theatre, Kolarac concert Hall, museums, galleries in different art projects in Belgrade.

He had been awarded on state competitions many times, as well on international competition with string quartet:

 

1st  prize on International String Competition 2011 in Sremska Mitrovica (Serbia)

 

 

2006 performed „Requiem“ W.A. Mozart with Symphony Orchestra of Belgrade.

As a member of „Liebe und Arbeit orchestra“ performed in multimedia project „Musical hologram Nikola Tesla“ .

Since 2008 is an active member of chamber string orchestra Orpheus in Belgrade

2009-2012 he  worked with professor David Takeno in Guildhall School of Music and Drama (London, UK), professor Rudolf Haken on University of Illinois School of Music (USA) and professor Christian Euler on Universitat fur Musik und darstellende Kunst in Graz ( Austria).

 

 

 International experience in Symphony orchestras

 

He performed with famous musicians such as Sting and Il Divo.

From 2010-2012 has worked in Maribor International Symphony Orchestra and had very successful concerts in Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, Italia, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, FYR Macedonia.

In 2011 he worked in symphony project of Cyprus Symphony Youth Orchestra (Larnaca, Cyprus).

 

Chamber ensembles

From 2011 Milos is a member of chamber orchestra Camerata Serbica and St. George String Ensemble.

In summer of 2012 had very successful concerts with chamber ensemble in Rothschild palace in Reichenau, Austria.

 

Composing

As a highly inspired artist, Milos is also a successful composer and musical arranger, mostly composing for Felix Art  String Quartet.

From 2010 plays in Felix Art String Quartet.
