B i o g r a p h y

Mladen was born in 1991 in Belgrade. He started playing cello at age of seven in music school “Mokranjac” with Professor Milutin Mladenovic. He continues studies with his Professor Milutin on Faculty of music, as well as with Stefan Popov (Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London).

 

He attended master classes with renowned professors and cellists such as Gautier Capucon (France), Marc Coppey (France), Stanislav Apolin (Czech Republic).

 

As a soloist he had successful concerts in Belgrade City Hall, Kolarac concert Hall, galleries in Belgrade, Nis, Kragujevac (Serbia). He also performed in National Theatre in Sophia (Bulgaria).

He actively performed with chamber ensemble and gained the first prize on state competition.

He had numerous concerts with Chamber string orchestra “Mokranjac” in Belgrade (Serbia), Florence (Italy) and Budapest (Hungary).

In 2006 performed “Requiem” W.A.Mozart with Symphony orchestra.

 

 

International Symphony orchestras and chamber music

 

2007 as a member of Central Europe Youth Orchestra he had successful concerts in Austria, Italia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Romania.

From 2010-2012 collaborated with National Symphony Orchestra of Montenegro.

In 2011 worked in Bayreuth Symphony Orchestra where he gained experience performing pieces from famous cycle of operas by Richard Wagner “Der Ring des Nibelungen”  with tutors from Deutche Oper Berlin (Germany).

He worked in chamber music projects with Professor Susanne Calgeer (Germany) and recorded for Radio Bayreuth.

From 2012 actively collaborates with Philharmonic Orchestra of Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
